Support will ask for pictures of broken frame parts. You will be provided with a ticket number that is then to be scratched into both sides of the broken carbon part.
First part is $5.00 each additional part is $2.50 when warranty claim is processed together.
3″ bottom plates are excluded from this pricing due to shipping and manufacturing costs. They are still covered but have different replacement cost. Please use this product page for those replacements:
