Please provide your warranty support ticket number and the approved parts in the note section of your order (located under the address section) to avoid shipping delays.
Support will ask for pictures of broken frame parts. You will be provided with a ticket number that is then to be scratched into both sides of the broken carbon part.
Each 3″ replacement bottom plate is $15 under the frame warranty program.
