Please provide your warranty support ticket number and the approved parts in the note section of your order (located under the address section) to avoid shipping delays.

Support will ask for pictures of broken frame parts. You will be provided with a ticket number that is then to be scratched into both sides of the broken carbon part.
First part is $5.00 each additional part is $2.50 when warranty claim is processed together.
***Please note that each Carbon Fiber part is counted as 1 piece. For example 1 arm will be $5 plus shipping, if you have 2 Arms that need replacing it will cost $7.50 plus shipping. If you have 2 broken camera plates they count as 2 pieces.
3″ bottom plates are excluded from this pricing due to shipping and manufacturing costs. They are still covered but have different replacement cost. Please use the appropriate drop down to order 3″ bottom plate replacements.
